The Headlines:
In the role ofCountry Manager:Paraguay working in Asuncion,Paraguay you will be part of the LATAM team. You will be
responsible for our business growth in the short and long term. Accelerate sales gains and the brand adoption process for all the brands (3) available in the market among target consumers, while managing the business relationship and engagement of commercial partners/distributors.
This position reports to General Manager:South Coneand works closely with
the LATAM business unit and US:based team and market:based finance teams
The Responsibilities:
:
Plan the long:term business strategy for the next 3 years through each year to renew and adjust financials and strategic vision for our business development
:
Monthly, quarterly and yearly deep business reviews with strategic analysis, industry knowledge and market opportunities to capitalize
:
Issue and distribute the brand's monthly promotional activity report to MCBC senior leadership, the local sales teams and MCBC Team, evaluating the effectiveness of grassroots events and off and on:premise promotions for their effectiveness to drive sampling, growing volume and building long:term brand equity
:
Leads the innovation pipeline of commercial projects (START), (new SKUs, Country initiatives)
:
Influence the monthly ordering cycle, to ensure appropriate orders based on inventories/ STRs
:
Responsible of all local and legal duties and needs around office operation and admin responsibilities to have a good operation space for all employees and partners.
TheOtherQualifications:

You are required to be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
:
You have abachelor's degree; masters degree preferred
:
You have atleast10 years experienceinsales, business developmentand international experience
:
You have at least 3+ years experience in beverage and/or alcohol industry
:
You have a growth mindset and an entrepreunial spirit
:
You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
